How long does it take for my bike to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat post. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unridden condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Original packaging is required for all returns.
Do Poseidon bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Poseidon bike frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
